Every year, from the week of Thanksgiving to the last minute of Christmas Eve, we energetically shop for gifts for friends, family, and even coworkers for that Secret Santa we joined. Numerous ideas flood our minds about what to buy, and we often list items we know they'll appreciate. A popular trend now, especially in our current environment, is gifting crystals or gemstones. It's a thoughtful gesture, as we all could use a little support in various aspects of our lives. I'm here to guide you in selecting the perfect stones to gift.

Here are a few ways to purchase crystals for someone:

Birth Date :There are specific stones that align with their zodiac and the characteristics of their zodiac that will prevent any clashing.

Birth Month: There are specific stones that are set for the month. These stone are typically a little more expensive due to the nature and rarity of the stone.

Life Events: This category would be best for someone you know well like friends and loved ones. You can choose stones that align with what life events they have had happen or are planning like a move to a different state, a new job, even marriage or a new baby.

Outward expression: This is for those you know who are very expressive in what they have going on. like their community work, what new projects they are working on, what is happening at work, home, and around them. When selecting these stones you can never go wrong with stones for protection, communication, and grounding.

Decoration: Yes, that's what I said, decoration! Adding a few crystals to your home space is always a good thing. It helps balance, protect, cleanse and open the space that it is in. It looks good and its a conversation starter. This option is great for crystal towers, geodes, and hand carved figures.

There are many reasons and options when it comes to purchasing crystals for others. Always weigh your options and do research prior to buying any stone. Remember the goal is to aid or help the person and not to hinder or possibly cause chaos. Think back to when everyone was buying Moldavite without doing research. Yes these stone are beautiful but they can throw anyone off if not selected properly.

Here are a few charts to help you decide what stones you want to buy!
