How long does shipping take?

Processing time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you accept custom orders?

We do accept custom orders!

A deposit of 60% upfront and the other 40% upon completion, and up to 5 days after that date. Any day after that, there will be a 6% increase in price daily. 

Please allow additional processing time due to the nature of the order and the availability of the materials.

Bracelet and Ring Sizing

Sizing details

All men's stretch bracelets are 8" unless otherwise noted. Please contact me if your specific needs call for smaller or larger sizing.

Please see the sizing chart below for further assistance in choosing the needed size. 

Example Bracelet Size Guide:

Adult sizing*

When buying a bracelet, your bracelet size is your wrist size plus 1 inch or 2.5 centimeters.

 

*All women’s bracelets are an average size of 7 inches. All other sizes must be custom-ordered.
*X-Large is considered a custom order.

 



Ring Sizing Guide

How to measure your ring size in millimeters and inches.

  1. Use a strip of paper and wrap it around your ring finger. Make sure it fits over the knuckle.

  2. Use a pen to mark where the paper overlaps.

  3. Measure the length of the paper from the start to the pen mark using a ruler with millimeter (mm) measurement or inches.

  4. Use the chart below to find your correct size.

For 100% accurate sizing, we recommend you visit your local jeweler.
