Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Pre- Orders:

Cancellations are accepted for partially paid pre-order orders that have not yet been fulfilled and receive a full refund. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order and no refund will be issued.
